About Funone

Hi, I’m Scotty McFarland, founder of FUNONE Consulting. I’ve been working in the New Jersey court system alongside Law Enforcement for over 25 years. During that time, I have witnessed youths make many poor decisions that cost them and their families money, time, and freedom. Understanding that better decisions can lead to better outcomes is my impetuous for developing this course. I’ve acquired years of experience I’d like to share with youth that empowers them with knowledge to make better decisions and de-escalate potential conflicts with authority. It is my hope that the youth who attend my presentations learn they have the ability to turn a bad situation into a better one. It is my hope to bridge the gap between uh-oh and now I know.
